The Rev. Fr. Jim Liberatore
PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER
The Rev. Jim Liberatore was the Lead Priest at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Pearland, Texas when he Co-Founded Mosaic in Action with Debbie Allensworth in 2014. He is currently serving as the interim Priest at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Beaumont, Texas, and is the President of the Mosaic in Action Board.
The priesthood is Rev. Jim’s second career. Before entering the priesthood, he was a manager in the mining, heavy construction, and exploration areas of the oil industry in New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas. He is a Professional Engineer in Texas. Jim has served churches in Houston and Baytown and was a Chaplain at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston.
Jim has a Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master of Divinity from The Seminary of the Southwest. He has been married to his wife, Christine, for 55 years and has two daughters, five grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Debbie Allensworth
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CO-FOUNDER
Debbie Allensworth was the Associate Pastor at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church for 26 years, specializing in Outreach. During her time at St. Andrew's, Debbie co-founded Mosaic in Action with The Rev. Jim Liberatore. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Mosaic in Action.
Debbie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University, and her background is in Archaeology. She received her M.A. from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University where she focused on how the church can become a vital partner in a local community.
Debbie has been married to her husband, David, for 33 years with whom she has four children.

Roxie Woodward
TREASURER
Roxie Woodward has been a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Pearland, also known as The Pumpkin Church, since 1997. She has supported Mosaic in Action since the early days as a volunteer, donor and booster. She currently serves as Treasurer.
Roxie received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech and later studied accounting at Louisiana State University Shreveport. She worked in internal audit and accounting for 26 years.
She and her husband, Ed, have been married 43 years and have one daughter.

Huyen Dao
BOOKKEEPER
Prior to Mosaic In Action, Huyen has over 10 years of corporate accounting/finance experience. She received her Bachelors of Finance degree from the University of Houston. Go Coogs! Huyen enjoys spending time with her family and going on trips with her husband and two sons

I graduated from Marion High School in Marion, Illinois in 1975 and from Illinois State University in 1979 with a B.S.Ed. I taught high school special education until 2012, 28 years at Angleton High School. After retirement, I taught English as a second language for 7 years at Brazosport College. I am currently working the farmers markets with Donkey Punch Hot Sauce. I am a member of St. John Lutheran in Angleton and have served as church council president. I am a Lion and have been president 3 times. I served on Angleton City Council and was Mayor. I have been married to Kathy for 39 years and we havetwo sons, Sean and David.
